The EUMAINNER UB series is a new milestone with a closed configuration covering the widest range of machining requirements. The high-performance torque motor spindle with speed range of 50-15000 rpm, power 34 kW and max. torque 149 Nm, swing B head and C-axis with torque motors and encoders, linear scales in 3, 4 or 5 axes version as standard. The features that make the machines of the series the ideal machining centers for high quality milling performance and allow the complete production of complex workpieces with excellent surface quality.
The X, Y, and Z three-axis fully movable column-type high rigidity and high strength heavy cutting dense cast iron structure. All axis lines are fully supported, with excellent rigidity, ensuring accuracy. The X, Y, and Z three axes adopt wide-type linear roller slide rails, with high precision, long service life, and high rapid feed speed , high production efficiency. The worktable surface is wide. Due to the fully movable column structure design, the long worktable is fixed and does not move. The Y-axis stroke is large. The long worktable is embedded with the C-axis.The C-axis is equipped with a standard Heidenhain circular grating scale, ensuring high positioning accuracy.The three axes adopt large-diameter, C1-level precision ball screws, and are equipped with an automatic central lubrication system. This can minimize the thermal deformation and backlash of the screw, ensuring accuracy.
